Remarks to Accuracy :
Disregarding devices of high price classes all manufacturers of humidity sensors usually boast with accuracies which are much more optimistic than the values given by us here.
However practical use has shown that all values in the range from 80% relative humidity up to saturation are difficult to determine and differ often quite substantially from the "ideal values" ....
PLANTFOG therefore recommends controlling fogging systems in the sensitive range of saturation (for instance with the rooting of cuttings) not only with a hygrostat, but to use the sensor only for controlling the maximal desired value. The possibility of pre-selected short interval fogging with our controlboxes it is possible to arrive at a humidity curve which is much smoother than with sensor control alone !
